Every purchase in Alma Gemela Formentera is an experience that you share with us, that's why we want to give you the security and comfort by showing you how your purchases will arrive at your doorstep.

 

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are free for Spain and the European Union. Outside the European Union shipping costs are paid by the customer. If you have any questions, please contact us.

 

How is the shipment made?

In Alma Gemela Formentera we care about the condition and presentation of our products, so our shipments are made through an EXPRESS PREMIUM DELIVERY service.

 

When will my order arrive?

Our delivery time for the peninsula is 3-5 working days, since the shipment will be made from Formentera. For the Canary Islands and the rest of the European Union the delivery time will be between 5-7 working days as it is shipped from Formentera. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the date of the day the transport company has picked up the order. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.

 

Can I receive an order on weekends?

As usual, deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or during local holidays and are always made during office hours. But if you need a Saturday delivery, please contact us directly and we will arrange it.

 

What happens if I am not there when my order arrives?

Normally, the transport company will arrange a delivery time by contacting the telephone number you have given us. If this has not been possible, the transport company will leave you a note with their contact details and the shipment reference. Contact them as soon as possible to arrange a new delivery or collection date.

 

Can I send the order as a gift to someone else?

Yes, just tell us in the shipping information. We will not enter any invoice or price to the recipient.
