What is the deadline within which I can request the return of a product?
"From the moment you have received your purchase, you will be able to request a return order during the next 7 days. After this period of time, we will not be able to accept any returns.
We recommend that you try on the purchased products within the first few days of receiving them to see if they are suitable for you and to avoid exceeding the time allowed for returns.
Can I return any purchase I have made from you?
We will only accept complete products in the same condition in which they were sent.
- All original labels must be intact and unbroken, and the red seal must not have been cut.
- Make sure the products have not been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Use the original packaging in which your product was found.
- We only accept returns for purchases made through the Alma Gemela Formentera digital store, and not those from the physical store.
How do I request a refund?

How do I send my purchase back to you?
"For returns from countries within the European Union, Alma Gemela Formentera will use the services of a courier company. This service has a cost of 15€, which will be subtracted from the amount to be returned. We will not pick up the package if the return is made in another country to which the purchase was originally sent.
If you prefer, you can also request an alternative courier service on your own, but you should know that we are not responsible for the cost of such service, nor for the loss of the package. Remember that until the package arrives at our warehouse, the product is under your responsibility. We recommend that you use a courier service with tracking to ensure that the package arrives properly to its destination.
For returns outside the European Union, Alma Gemela Formentera is not responsible for returns. The return of your product will be your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse."
When will I get my money back?
Once the product has arrived at the warehouse, we will check its condition and if it complies with the return conditions. Then we will contact you to notify you of the correct return, and we will proceed to credit the amount of your purchase. You will receive the money in the same account with which you originally purchased the product in the next few days.
Shipping costs will not be refunded for members outside the European Union.
I made a mistake with the size and I want to change it, what do I do?
For any change request for any reason, please contact us first to inform us of the reasons for the change and we will inform you of the steps to follow. All change requests will not be charged.
